Here's how it works
Place Order
Order conveniently online and choose “local pick” up to avoid paying shipping costs. Individual kits are ready immediately. Cases will be ready about 2 business hours after you place your order.
Pickup
See the map below. Pick up your order in front of our corporate headquarters at 120 Robert S Kerr. Our building, called The Ziggurat, is the cubist glass building on the south side of the street. Stay in your car. Park along the street. Text us your car make & model and name to 421-9777. We’ll bring your kit(s) to you in less than 10 minutes. Per CDC guidelines, we cannot be present while you submit your sample and must maintain social distancing at all times.
Pickup Hours: 9-5 M-F.

Drop-Off
Place your sample back in the box per instructions in the kit. Place your kit in our dropbox. See the map below of our dropbox location and driving directions from The Ziggurat. Text DROPBOX to 421-9777 when you place a sample in the box. You’ll receive your results by email. Check your spam filter if you don’t see them when you expect.
The pick-up and drop-off locations are less than a mile apart. Head east on NE 2nd Street, take a left on N Walnut Avenue, a right on NE 4th Street and then a left on Research Parkway. Park in the parking garage upon arrival and follow the signs to drop-off your kit. Or just click on the map below for directions from Google Maps.
